Method
1. Add red onion to a clean large mixing bowl
2. Sprinkle with salt evenly
3. Set aside - approx 5 min
4. Add garlic clove, fresh chili, ginger, cumin seeds, ground turmeric and ground coriander to the large mixing bowl
5. Mix briefly
6. Add gram flour, rice flour and cornstarch to the large mixing bowl
7. Mix briefly
8. Add water to the large mixing bowl
9. Set aside - approx 5 min
10. Mix thoroughly
11. Add sunflower oil to the saucepan and heat over medium heat
12. Fry until crispy then set aside
13. Serve
