Spicy and full of flavor, this delicious beef dish is best eaten piled onto fresh chapatis with a dollop of cooling yogurt.

  • 1. Add ground beef, onion and canned chopped tomatoes to a clean slow cooker bowl
  • 2. Add curry paste, green chili, cumin seeds, creamed coconut, ginger and garlic clove
  • 3. Stir beef stock into the slow cooker bowl and cover
  • 4. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  • 5. Cook in slow cooker while stirring occasionally - 9 hr, low heat
  • 6. Mix in frozen peas to the slow cooker bowl
  • 7. Cook in slow cooker - 30 min, high heat
  • 8. Sprinkle with cilantro and green chili
  • 9. Serve with warmed chapattis and a tomato and red onion salad
