Method
1. Soak chickpeas overnight in enough water to cover
2. Drain well and place chickpeas into simmering basket
3. Add water to the TM bowl
4. Cook - 30 min, 90°C, speed 3
5. Remove basket and drain bowl
6. Add garlic clove and butter to the TM bowl
7. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 5
8. Sauté - 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
9. Add chickpeas back into bowl along with all other ingredients except cheese
10. Cook - 5 min, 100°C, speed 2
11. Blend with MC on - 30 sec, speed 8
12. Serve hot with grated parmesan … in bucket loads
