Method
1. Add black peppercorns and pink peppercorns to the TM5 bowl
2. Blitz with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 8
3. Then add almonds to the TM5 bowl
4. Chop with MC in place - approx 3 sec, speed 5
5. Prepare a double layer of foil large enough to wrap cheese ball when finished
6. Remove from bowl and place mixture on a foil and set aside
7. Add scallion, cheddar cheese, cream cheese and Jarlsberg cheese to the TM5 bowl
8. Chop with MC in place - approx 15 sec, speed 8
9. Pour apple juice into the TM5 bowl while machine is running
10. Blend until smooth - approx 20 sec, speed 4
11. Scrape out mixture onto almonds and peppercorn mix
12. Using foil as the wrap, roll the cheese around to be fully coated in almond mix and shape into a ball making sure that the almonds are coating all sides
13. Wrap in the foil
14. Refrigerate for several hours
15. Serve with crackers and olives
