    Ingredients

  • Chicken wings icon
    Chicken wings655 g
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepperas needed
  • Garlic powder icon
    Garlic powder½ teaspoon
  • Oil icon
    Oil1 tablespoon
  • Butter icon
    Butter2 ½ tablespoons
  • Buffalo hot sauce icon
    Buffalo hot sauce80 ml
    Method

  • 1. Pat dry each chicken wing and add them to a mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add the oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper to the chicken wings and toss them to get each wing coated in oil.
  • 3. Place the chicken wings into the air fry basket.
  • 4. Place the basket on top of the wire rack and Air fry for 15 mins.
  • 5. Turn each wing and air fry for a further 10 mins.
  • 6. Remove the air fried wings and place into a clean bowl.
  • 7. In a microwave- safe bowl add the butter and hot sauce.
  • 8. Microwave at 1000 W (High) for 1.5 mins or until the butter has melted, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • 9. Whisk the butter and sauce together to combine. Add the sauce to the air fried wings and toss to coat.
  • 10. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
