A quick healthier version of a pizza, perfect to whip up for lunch or dinner. Ready in less than 10 mins

    Method

  • 1. Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
  • 2. Place the tortilla into the basket.
  • 3. Spread a thin layer of tomato and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Add the chorizo slices and a scattering of cheese.
  • 5. Place the air fryer basket onto the wire rack and air fry for 8 mins.
