  • 1. Line a clean baking pan with parchment paper
  • 2. Add quick-cooking oats, pumpkin seeds, dried apricots, cacao nibs and ground cinnamon to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Mix together
  • 4. Add almond butter, agave syrup and sea salt to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Mix together until combined
  • 6. Press mixture into baking pan firmly
  • 7. Sprinkle with cacao nibs
  • 8. Refrigerate in fridge until firm - 1 hr
  • 9. Cut
