  • Puff pastry icon

  • Parmesan cheese icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C / 430°F
  • 2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Roll out puff pastry onto a clean lightly floured surface
  • 4. Spread with black olive tapenade
  • 5. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  • 6. Roll tightly
  • 7. Use a sharp knife to cut 1/4" slices
  • 8. Transfer palmiers to 2 baking sheets
  • 9. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 220°C / 430°F
  • 10. Transfer onto cooling rack
