Method
1. Carefully clean your clams
2. Pour melted butter into your Instant Pot, then add garlic cloves
3. Press Sauté
4. Cook for 1 minutes, until garlic starts to brown, then remove it
5. Add white wine
6. Cook for another 2 minutes to reduce it
7. Add your clams, lemon juice and a pinch of salt
8. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
9. Cook at high pressure for 2 minutes, then allow for full natural pressure release and when the valve drops, remove the lid
10. Serve your clams topped with their sauce
