A simple meatball recipe with minimal cleanup. Perfect for use as a pizza topping, in pasta dishes and in Italian sandwiches.

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add minced beef, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh parsley, garlic, black pepper and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix together
  • 5. Form into golfball-sized balls
  • 6. Transfer meatballs to baking sheet
  • 7. Bake until golden brown - 20 min, 190°C
