  • 1. Add unsalted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix well
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla extract to the dough and mix
  • 4. Add sea salt, cocoa powder, all purpose flour and baking soda
  • 5. Mix well
  • 6. Add dark chocolate to the dough and mix
  • 7. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  • 8. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
  • 9. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 10. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  • 11. Bake and let cool - 10 min, 190°C / 375°F
  • 12. Add dark chocolate to a clean small bowl
  • 13. Melt in microwave
  • 14. Pipe chocolate mixture onto baking sheet
  • 15. Sprinkle with sea salt
  • 16. Leave until set
