Pancakes made with bananas and cinnamon topped with chocolate peanut butter cups and maple syrup. Is it breakfast or dessert? We don't care!

  • Ground cinnamon icon

    Almond milk240 ml
  • Maple syrup icon

  • 1. Add buckwheat flour, oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon and salt to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Whisk briefly and set aside
  • 3. Add almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, rapeseed oil and banana to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Mix briefly until combined
  • 5. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  • 6. Mix together until combined
  • 7. Cook for a minute or two on each side
  • 8. Top with peanut butter cups
