- White cabbage250 grinsed, shredded
- Carrot2grated
- Scallion50 gfinely chopped
- Mayonnaise150 g
- Buttermilk45 g
- Dijon mustard8 g
- Maple syrup8 g
- Apple cider vinegar8 g
- Salt & pepper1 pinch
Ingredients
- 1. Add red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot and scallion to a clean large mixing bowl
- 2. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, dijon mustard, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar to a clean small bowl
- 3. Season with salt & pepper to taste
- 4. Whisk until combined
- 5. Pour dressing over salad
- 6. Mix well
