    Method

  • 1. Add red cabbage, white cabbage, carrot and scallion to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Add mayonnaise, buttermilk, dijon mustard, maple syrup and apple cider vinegar to a clean small bowl
  • 3. Season with salt & pepper to taste
  • 4. Whisk until combined
  • 5. Pour dressing over salad
  • 6. Mix well
