Ingredients
Quinoa60 g
Water180 g
Tinned chickpeas240 gdrained
Egg1
Fresh parsley10 gchopped
Fresh basil leaves5 gchopped
Garlic clove2sliced
Parmesan cheese30 ggrated
Sundried tomato25 g
Gram flour25 g
Lemon1 teaspoonjuice of
Salt & pepperas needed
Method
1. Add quinoa and water to a clean saucepan
2. Simmer until fluffy - 15 min
3. Add quinoa to medium bowl
4. Add tinned chickpeas, egg, fresh parsley, fresh basil leaves, garlic clove, parmesan cheese, sundried tomato, gram flour and lemon to the medium bowl
5. Season with salt & pepper
6. Blend until combined
7. Form
8. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
9. Grill until golden brown
