Marinated portobello mushrooms make a delicious and hearty weeknight dinner. After marinating, grill, roast, or broil as desired.

  • 1. Add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, fresh rosemary, garlic clove, black pepper and honey to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Whisk well until combined
  • 3. Add portobello mushroom to a clean plastic container
  • 4. Brush mushrooms with marinade evenly
  • 5. Marinate for up to 3 hours
