Double Chocolate Muffins

A muffin for the chocoholics! Make it extra chocolatey with dark chocolate chips, or mix things up with white or milk chocolate chips.

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 191°C
  • 2. Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  • 3. Add whole milk yogurt, egg, milk, sunflower oil and vanilla extract to a clean medium bowl
  • 4. Mix until combined
  • 5. Add plain flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder and bicarbonate of soda to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 6. Whisk briefly until combined
  • 7. Mix in wet ingredients to dry ingredients bit by bit until combined
  • 8. Add chocolate chips to the batter
  • 9. Mix until combined
  • 10. Scoop batter into muffin pan evenly
  • 11. Sprinkle chocolate chips on the muffin batter evenly
  • 12. Bake until springy to touch - 20 min
  • 13. Let cool
