A delicious, toasty granola. Heavenly with yogurt for a quick no-fuss breakfast, or as a midnight treat! Store in an airtight container.

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Add rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, applesauce, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, brown rice syrup, honey, brown sugar, almonds, sea salt and sunflower oil to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Combine thoroughly
  • 4. Transfer mixture to 2 baking sheets
  • 5. Bake - 15 min
  • 6. Mix gently
  • 7. Bake - 15 min
  • 8. Let cool
  • 9. Add raisins to a clean small bowl
  • 10. Mix raisins into large mixing bowl
