    Method

  • 1. Add coconut milk, condensed milk, milk, heavy cream and unsweetened shredded coconut to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix together
  • 3. Transfer to popsicle mold
  • 4. Freeze until firm
  • 5. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 6. Place in freezer
  • 7. Add dark chocolate to a clean medium glass bowl
  • 8. Melt in microwave
  • 9. Add unsweetened shredded coconut to a clean small bowl
  • 10. Dip
  • 11. Freeze until firm
