    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add self raising flour, salt and black pepper to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 4. Whisk together
  • 5. Add heavy cream to the dough
  • 6. Mix until dough forms
  • 7. Add spring onion, tomato and sausage to the dough
  • 8. Mix together until well combined
  • 9. Roll out
  • 10. Cut out
  • 11. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  • 12. Add egg to a clean small bowl and beat
  • 13. Brush with egg wash
  • 14. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C
  • 15. Serve
