Easy spiced fudge, perfect for holiday gifts! (Gluten-Free)

    Method

  • 1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper
  • 2. Add black peppercorns, coriander seeds and cloves to a skillet
  • 3. Toast until fragrant
  • 4. Grind aspices with mortar and pestle until fine
  • 5. Add orange zest then set aside
  • 6. Add condensed milk, milk, granulated sugar and salted butter to a clean large saucepan
  • 7. Simmer until soft ball stage (118ºC/235ºF) while mixing
  • 8. Add spices to chocolate mixture
  • 9. Beat until smooth - 5 min
  • 10. Transfer chocolate mixture to square pan
  • 11. Let cool until set
  • 12. Cut into squares
