Delicious savory bites. Flavored with lots of black pepper, fresh herbs and parmesan cheese.

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 3. Add black olives, garlic clove, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, salt, black pepper, water and olive oil to a clean saucepan then set aside
  • 4. Add all purpose flour to a clean small bowl then set aside
  • 5. Add egg to a clean small bowl then set aside
  • 6. Add parmesan cheese to a clean small bowl then set aside
  • 7. Heat olive oil with olives and spices until boiling
  • 8. Add flour and mix until mixture comes together
  • 9. Beat quickly until dough forms
  • 10. Remove from heat
  • 11. Add eggs to dough one by one while mixing
  • 12. Add cheese
  • 13. Mix until smooth
  • 14. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  • 15. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 200°C
