Method
1. Add pork loin to the varoma dish
2. Season with sea salt and black pepper
3. Add water to the TM5 bowl
4. Steam pork - approx 50 min, Varoma, speed 4
5. Discard steaming water and set pork aside
6. Add garlic clove, red onion, fresh chili and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
7. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
8. Cook - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
9. Then add dark brown sugar, fish sauce, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar and crushed tomatoes to the TM5 bowl
10. Mix - approx 10 sec, speed 4
11. Slice pork
12. Transfer pork to TM5 bowl
13. Cook - approx 30 sec, 100°C, reverse gentle stir
14. Mix - approx 4 sec, speed 4
