When old fashioned chocolate crackles get a re-do, this is what they look like. Better for you, just as delicious and quicker!! What’s not to love??


  • Coconut oil icon

  • Coconut sugar icon

  • Honey icon

  • Vanilla bean paste icon

  • Dark chocolate chips icon
    Dark chocolate chips100 g
  • Pink himalayan salt icon
    Pink himalayan saltas needed
  • Shredded coconut icon
    Shredded coconut50 g
  • Puffed rice icon
    Puffed rice100 g

  • 1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  • 2. Add coconut oil, coconut sugar, honey, vanilla bean paste, dark chocolate chips and pink himalayan salt to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Cook - approx 5 min, 60°C, speed 2
  • 4. Then add shredded coconut and puffed rice to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Mix - approx 6 sec, reverse speed 2
  • 6. Press mixture into baking sheet
  • 7. Refrigerate in fridge until needed
  • 8. Cut
  • 9. Serve
