  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. Grease a clean round pan
  • 3. Line with parchment paper
  • 4. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, kosher salt, baking soda and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
  • 5. Whisk briefly then set aside
  • 6. Add egg, milk, extra virgin olive oil, orange, orange juice and grand marnier to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 7. Whisk until combined
  • 8. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  • 9. Whisk carefully until just combined
  • 10. Pour batter into round pan
  • 11. Bake until skewer tests clean - 1 hr, 175°C / 350°F
  • 12. Let cool - 30 min
  • 13. Turn out on round wire rack until completely cool
