Very versatile flat bread is quick and easy to make when carbs are required. You can use them in anyway you would pita, naan, or ordinary bread.


  • Black pepper icon
    Black pepperas neededfreshly ground
  • Bread flour icon
    Bread flour300 g
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon
    Pink himalayan salt flakes2 teaspoons
  • Golden caster sugar icon
    Golden caster sugar2 teaspoons
  • Greek yogurt icon
    Greek yogurt260 g
  • Cumin seeds icon
    Cumin seeds2 tablespoons
  • Ground cumin icon
    Ground cumin1 teaspoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil icon
    Extra virgin olive oil13 g

  • 1. Add bread flour, pink Himalayan salt flakes, golden caster sugar, greek yogurt, cumin seeds, ground cumin and black pepper to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place - 10 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Knead - 2 min, dough
  • 4. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  • 5. Wrap with plastic wrap and let rise for at least 15 minutes
  • 6. Divide mixture into 8-10 pieces. Make smaller ones if you wish
  • 7. Roll out each flat bread
  • 8. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean frying pan
  • 9. Pre-heat frying pan - medium-high heat
  • 10. Fry each flat bread, turning as they become puffy and golden
  • 11. Serve hot immediately with toppings of choice
