A very easy, family friendly weeknight meal, dont double it though, just do it twice!! Fragrant, spicy, quick. Cannot ask for more than that.

    Method

  • 1. Add garlic clove, onion, fresh chili and extra virgin olive oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop - approx 5 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Sauté - approx 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 4. Add cornflour, white pepper and ground chicken to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 5. Stir thoroughly until well combined then set aside
  • 6. Add carrot, fish sauce and tamari to the TM5 bowl
  • 7. Mix - approx 5 min, Varoma, reverse speed 1
  • 8. Then add zucchini to the TM5 bowl
  • 9. Transfer chicken to TM5 bowl
  • 10. Mix - approx 10 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 11. Season to taste
  • 12. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to large serving bowl
  • 13. Add noodles to the large serving bowl
  • 14. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and fresh chili
