Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 50°C
2. Add butter to a clean frying pan
3. Heat in frying pan until melted
4. Add fresh sage to the frying pan
5. Fry in frying pan until crispy
6. Add salmon filet to the frying pan
7. Fry one by one in frying pan until crispy - approx 2 min
8. Keep dish warm in the oven
9. Add sea salt and water to a clean large saucepan and bring to a boil
10. Add pasta to the large saucepan
11. Cook until al dente
12. Serve sauce and salmon over the cooked pasta
13. Serve frying pan
14. Garnish with lemon and parmesan cheese
