  • Scallion icon

  • Miso paste icon
    Miso paste100 g
  • Ground turmeric icon

    Method

  • 1. Add scallion to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC in place - 3 sec, speed 6
  • 3. Remove from bowl and set aside
  • 4. Add unsalted butter, miso paste and ground turmeric to the TM5 bowl
  • 5. Blend with MC in place - 10 sec, speed 6
  • 6. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 7. Add black pepper essential oil to the TM5 bowl
  • 8. Blend - 10 sec, speed 6
  • 9. Add chopped spring onions
  • 10. Stir through 4 sec/speed 6
  • 11. Scrape out onto baking paper and roll into a sausage
  • 12. Wrap and refrigerate until use
