Beautifully bright green smoothie that tastes great and is packed with plenty of nutrients to keep you going.
- Baby gem lettuce1 headsmall, chopped
- Pear1quartered
- Lemon1juice of
- Baby spinach200 g
- Celery stalk2coarsely chopped
- Apple1quartered
- Banana1
- Coconut water300 ml
Ingredients
- 1. Add baby gem lettuce, baby spinach, celery stalk, apple, pear, banana, lemon and coconut water to the TM5 bowl
- 2. Chop with MC fitted - 10 sec, speed 10
- 3. Serve over ice or add ice to Thermomix bowl when making this smoothie.
