  • Parmesan cheese icon

  • Fresh basil leaves icon

  • Garlic clove icon

  • Extra virgin olive oil icon

    Method

  • 1. Gently toast pinenuts in a dry pan until toasted and golden
  • 2. Set aside
  • 3. Add parmesan cheese to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Blitz with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 5. Then add garlic clove and fresh basil leaves to the TM5 bowl
  • 6. Blend with MC in place - approx 5 sec, speed 7
  • 7. Transfer content of frying pan to TM5 bowl
  • 8. Mix - approx 30 sec, speed 4
  • 9. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil while machine is running
  • 10. Add salt and lemon juice, zest to taste
  • 11. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
