  • Hazelnuts icon
    Hazelnuts100 groasted, skinned
  • Sugar icon
    Sugar50 g
  • Cocoa powder icon
    Cocoa powder3 tablespoons
  • Unsalted butter icon
    Unsalted butter100 g
  • Dark chocolate chips icon
    Dark chocolate chips100 g
  • Vanilla bean paste icon
    Vanilla bean paste1 teaspoon
  • Milk icon
    Milk100 g
    Method

  • 1. Add hazelnuts and sugar to the TM5 bowl
  • 2. Blend with MC in place - approx 10 sec, speed 10
  • 3. Then add cocoa powder, unsalted butter, dark chocolate chips, vanilla bean paste and milk to the TM5 bowl
  • 4. Cook - approx 8 min, 60°C, speed 3
  • 5. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to jar
  • 6. Store in fridge
