  • 1. Add granulated sugar and water to a clean saucepan
  • 2. Heat until boiling
  • 3. Simmer for 5 min and set aside
  • 4. Let cool
  • 5. Transfer syrup to medium bowl
  • 6. Add lemon to the mixture
  • 7. Whisk together
  • 8. Churn in ice cream maker
  • 9. Pour in plastic container
  • 10. Freeze until firm
  • 11. Scoop
