Method
1. Add water to the TM5 bowl
2. Bring to boil - 8 min, Varoma, speed 3
3. Add frozen peas and fresh broad beans to the varoma dish
4. Set steamer into position
5. Steam - 7 min, Varoma, speed 3
6. Add ice cold water to a clean large mixing bowl
7. Remove vegetables and plunge into iced water immediately. Skin broad beans if desired
8. Clean and dry TM bowl
9. Add fresh basil leaves, mint leaves and fresh parsley to the TM5 bowl
10. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 6
11. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
12. Add lemon, extra virgin olive oil and salt & pepper to the TM5 bowl
13. Blend with MC on - 3 sec, speed 4
14. Toss together with all remaining ingredients, drizzle with extra olive oil
15. Serve with crusty bread
