Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 221°C
2. Fill a clean large saucepan with water and add salt
3. Boil on high heat
4. Add asparagus to boiling water
5. Cook until tender - 3 min
6. Drain well
7. Add to the medium bowl and toss with lemon zest, fresh parsley, dill and salt & pepper
8. Grease a clean baking sheet with butter
9. Place salmon filet on the baking sheet
10. Stuff asparagus into fish
11. Season with salt and pepper and squeeze lemon onto the fish
12. Bake - 10 min, 221°C
13. Serve
