A favourite in our house. Super quick to whip up during the week and a dish that everyone loves. This recipe is for one but you can easily multiply the recipe by the amount of fish pieces you want to cook


  • Butter icon
    Butter1 teaspoonmelted
  • Cheddar cheese icon
    Cheddar cheese15 ggrated
  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove½crushed
  • Lemon icon
    Lemon1 dashjuice of
  • Cod fillet icon
    Cod fillet230 gskinned, boneless
  • Breadcrumbs icon
    Breadcrumbs25 g
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepperas needed
  • Mayonnaise icon
    Mayonnaise2 teaspoons

  • 1. Mix the breadcrumbs, melted butter, grated cheddar and season with salt and pepper in a small bowl
  • 2. In a separate small bowl mix the mayonnaise, garlic and lemon
  • 3. Place the cod fillet onto the enamel tray and season with salt and pepper
  • 4. Brush or smear the garlic mayo onto the top of the fish fillet
  • 5. Press the breadcrumb mixture on top of the cod fillet
  • 6. Place the enamel tray onto the wire rack
  • 7. Cook on Combo 1 for 10 mins
  • 8. Serve hot
