Balsamic Honey Beetroot With Hazelnuts and Feta

A delicious warm side dish for all the family to enjoy


  • Cooked beets icon
    Cooked beets500 gcut into wedges
  • Hazelnuts icon
    Hazelnuts50 g
  • Honey icon
    Honey2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic reduction icon
    Balsamic reduction3 tablespoons
  • Salt & pepper icon
    Salt & pepperas needed
  • Feta cheese icon
    Feta cheese70 g

  • 1. Add the beetroot wedges and hazelnuts to the enamel tray
  • 2. Drizzle everything with the honey and then drizzle with the balsamic reduction
  • 3. Season with some salt and pepper
  • 4. Place the enamel tray onto the wire rack
  • 5. Broil on High (Broil 1) for 10 mins
  • 6. Mix and broil on High for a further 5 mins
  • 7. Add the warm beetroot to a serving dish and scrape any of the sauce left on the enamel tray to drizzle over the beetroot
  • 8. Crumble the feta cheese over the dish and serve warm
