Flavoursome falafels perfect for lunch or dinner. Serve them in a wrap with some hummus and vegetables and enjoy

    Method

  • 1. Soak chickpeas overnight, then rinse
  • 2. Add soaked chickpeas and all other ingredients to a bowl and blend until smooth using a stick blender
  • 3. Form 8 falafels using the mixture and brush each one with some oil on both sides
  • 4. Grease the air fryer basket with oil
  • 5. Add the oiled falafel rounds to the air fryer basket and place the basket onto the wire rack
  • 6. Air fry for 15 mins
  • 7. Flip and air fry for a further 5 mins
  • 8. Serve warm with some hummus, flatbreads and your favourite vegetables
