Method
1. In a medium mixing bowl using a hand whisk, whisk together the chocolate spread, melted butter and egg.
2. Once combined fold in the flour.
3. Line and grease a 6-inch microwave-save dish with some parchment paper. If you do not have a small enough dish, you can do this in a flat bowl or double the recipe to fit a larger dish. Cooking times may vary with bigger size.
4. Add the batter into the dish and spread the mixture out as evenly as possible.
5. Microwave at 1000 W (High) for 1 min 45 seconds.
6. Remove from the microwave and let cool. You can also enjoy it warm straight away. It will crumble slightly but still it's gonna be delicious.
7. Once cooled cut into six pieces and enjoy. Store leftovers in the fridge. The colder the brownies are the more fudgy they will be.
