One pan Singapore noodles is a simple, healthy, heart warming dish, perfect for the coming winter evenings!


  • Sunflower oil icon
    Sunflower oil1 tablespoon
  • Garlic clove icon
    Garlic clove3minced, firm
  • Ginger icon

  • Fresh chili icon

  • Green beans icon
    Green beans100 g
  • Red bell pepper icon
    Red bell pepper1seeded, finely sliced
  • Peas icon
    Peas100 gfrozen
  • Soy sauce icon
    Soy sauce3 tablespoons
  • Rice wine icon
    Rice wine1 tablespoon
  • Curry powder icon
    Curry powder1 tablespoon
  • Sugar icon
    Sugar1 teaspoon

  • Chicken stock icon
    Chicken stock300 ml
  • Rice noodles icon

  • 1. Heat a clean frying pan
  • 2. Add sunflower oil, garlic clove, ginger, fresh chili and scallion to the frying pan
  • 3. Stir until tender - approx 2 min
  • 4. Add green beans and red bell pepper
  • 5. Stir continuously - approx 4 min
  • 6. Add peas, soy sauce, rice wine, curry powder, sugar, sesame oil, chicken stock and rice noodles to the frying pan
  • 7. Stir until tender - approx 3 min
  • 8. Garnish with cilantro
