Here is a standard roasted potato recipe. Add some rosemary. It will add a classic and earthy flavor. Include balsamic vinegar. It will add an extra kick to each crispy potato bite.

  • Baby potato icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  • 2. Prepare a clean medium bowl
  • 3. Add baby potato to the medium bowl
  • 4. Pat dry with paper towels
  • 5. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh rosemary, kosher salt and black pepper to the potatoes
  • 6. Toss thoroughly until coated
  • 7. Transfer potatoes to baking sheet
  • 8. Roast until golden brown - approx 45 min, 200°C
