When you need more than yoghurt to go with your Curry night...this is it! SO good, so good for you and totally easy to whip up.

    Method

  • 1. Place onion, garlic and evoo into the Thermomix bowl
  • 2. Chop with MC on - 4 sec, speed 5
  • 3. Cook - 5 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 4. Add ground cumin and ground turmeric
  • 5. Cook - 1 min, Varoma, speed 1
  • 6. Stir through yoghurt and lemon juice
  • 7. Serve
