Method
1. Place garlic, onion, ginger, salt and olive oil into Thermomix bowl
2. Chop with MC on - 3 sec, speed 7
3. Sauté - 10 min, Varoma, speed 1
4. Add rinsed split peas, turmeric and stock
5. Cook - 30 min, 100°C, speed 1
6. Then add coconut milk to the TM5 bowl
7. Cook - 20 min, 90°C, soft speed
8. Stir through lemon juice and garnish with coriander before serving
9. It will go quite solid if left for any length of time, you can simply add more stock, lemon juice, coconut milk to loosen the texture
