A super simple method to have up your sleeve to keep the family in chicken sandwiches or soups. This shredding method is the only way to shred meat!

    Ingredients

  • Chicken breast icon
    Chicken breast2skinned
  • Black pepper icon

  • Water icon
    Water600 g
  • Pink himalayan salt flakes icon

    Method

  • 1. Cut the chicken into large pieces, and place into simmering basket and insert into thermomix bowl.
  • 2. Add water to the TM5 bowl
  • 3. Cook - approx 13 min, 100°C, speed 3
  • 4. Check that the chicken is cooked and add a couple of minutes if necessary although the chicken should not be dry
  • 5. Drain the bowl of water and place the cooked chicken into the bowl
  • 6. Add seasoning to taste
  • 7. Blend - approx 4 sec, reverse speed 5 with MC on
  • 8. Serve as you wish
