You can never go wrong with coffee, chocolate and walnuts...brownies to die for, with no gluten, no dairy and no refined sugar, but heaps 'o' taste.

  • Mocha walnut butter icon
    Mocha walnut butter200 g
  • Egg icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  • 2. Line the base of a loaf tin (23 x 14cm) with paper that comes up over the sides for easy removal
  • 3. Add mocha walnut butter, egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, maple syrup and cocoa powder to Thermomix bowl
  • 4. Blend - 20 sec, speed 5
  • 5. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
  • 6. Add walnuts
  • 7. Combine - 7 sec, dough
  • 8. Spread into the loaf tin
  • 9. Spread into the loaf tin and bake 20 minutes or until just soft when pressed
  • 10. Cool and serve...or eat warm
